  • Semi-Private Personal Training is our small group training service. To read a more detailed description of our training programs please visit our ‘Services’ page.
  • Sessions have a maximum of 8 people
  • We are always aiming to keep our class size small. Most sessions have about 3-4 people and when classes gets busy we create additional session times.
  • All sessions must be booked in advance, you may do this by contacting your trainer.
  • Please feel free to request new or additional session times
  • All Classes take place at 800 Pittwater Road, Dee Why NSW 2099
    Change Body Transformation is located inside Fitness First (Officeworks Building).
  • If you prefer 1 on 1 Personal Training you have much greater flexibility and can book anytime between 530am-9pm weekdays as well as Saturday mornings.
